Church Planting, Training and ConvocationThe purpose of the Frontier Mission Alliance is to equip God's people to obey the Great Commission in the hardest and darkest places for the gospel. We do this by facilitating the formation of churches, training leaders and convening mission councils for strategic planning.
We believe the church is the primary forum through which God intends to administrate his kingdom on earth, disciple the nations and evangelize the world. We plant churches with a missional vision for fulfilling the five-mold ministry of pastoral care, expositional teaching, prophetic exhortation, contextual evangelism and apostolic sending.
We believe the five-fold ministry should be implemented in every people group and community. To do this we identify those who are called and anointed in these areas and equip them through coaching and mentorship. A church is not firmly established until these five essential ministries are thriving, and those equipped are capable of equipping others.
We believe God intended his church to function in collaborative unity and mutual accountability, working together to strengthen one another and advance the gospel in unreached areas. Towards this end, we gather leaders in strategic alliances to cast vision for their nation and ignite Spirit-led initiatives.
